The editing is tedious, isn't it? It's hard to believe that it takes so long to make a five minute clip. I bet you have a new appreciation for full length films!

Do you think blogging is a more effective way to communicate your research? Why or why not?

Another thing I think you learned that you did not mention is that revisions can turn an OK submission into an excellent one.

I'm certain that last item will come in handy in your future education :-)

Thanks for your hard work. Enjoy your summer.

I love your title but think it might be better if you put a colon between Out and Be - for example
Speak Out: Be Green
I like your metaphor example and would like to know when you present so I can be there:)

I disagree. I know we cannot STOP global warming, however, I feel we can SLOW it down so that people can have a higher quality of life for a longer time. I believe this is the best thing that we can do for our future generations. I am going to paraphrase a statement that came from the American Indians and basically they believe that what ever you do to the environment will effect the next 7 generations to come.

Much better! You did a nice job linking the site, paraphrasing the material, and commenting on its uses in our study.

I just read an article titled "Experts Say Climate Change is Affecting Human Health" in the News For You Magazine. The article reported that "Rising temperatures and changes in rainfal increase the risk of malaria in Africa." Also, "Waterborne diseases kill 2.2 million people each year." Waterborne diseases include malaria and cholera. Rising sea levels and increased rainfall are a result of global warming.

Sorry I have not blogged as I was out almost a week with an illness, but I am back in business! You are doing a great job, just remember to cite your sources otherwise it is plagerism. Plus it makes it easier at the end to have all your sources already organized.

I like the baby pool idea. I thought of something like that myself, but couldn't figure out a good way to present it. Nice thinking!
